the day started in Mission bay with my second mom's in training run - I love being held accountable to someone - I love the hour break in my day. We ran intervals of run 1 minute and walk 4 - went well - next week we run 2 walk 3 - this week I need to train. When I got home the day was so gorgeous the girls and I walked to 7/11 for ice creams - then we had family movie night - the movie of choice was the chipmunks - love my family
