Inspired by the movie Julie and Julia and resolving to try 3 new recipes a week I made mac and cheese tonight and it was delicious - infact it made so much I was able to freeze half for later -I was a bit weary when the recipe called for 6 cups of milk but fear not a pound of cheese and almost a full half gallon of milk taste pretty darn yummy.
